A. hello dear your child is slightly over weight definitely so just keep a check on weight gain of the baby avoid giving fried foods and extra sugar foods to the baby . make sure the baby in involves in physical activities in a day but if you notice that the weight is increasing unnecessarily then definitely consult with the doctor and get the baby exam in properly
