give 3 meals which are substantial including rice, roti , basically cereals, with veggies , dals so proteins are also covered.
then snacks should be again healthy comprising of fruits, variety of recipes. easy to munch on. try finger foods too.

weight is not only parameter to judge your child health.
so please focus on healthy development of your child
offer homemade healthy food
keep your child well hydrated
if your child looks happy and active, achieve age appropriate milestones then no need to worry about anything
