the urine output should be be more than 6 to 7 times per day. the child should sleep after taking breastfeeding.
meet the doctor for weight assessment.
if the above criteria is achieved then the child is having adequate breastfeeding

Babies reduce some bit after birth and it is quite normal so you should not worry about it at all. Now you baby will start gaining weight. And baby weight should be Triple in a year according to birth weight so you have to calculate according to that. Baby should be totally your mother’s milk and there is no need to give anything else
