my baby is 24 days and his weight was 3 kg during birth but now has been decreased to 2.4 kg

That’s not healthy child should show a gain of at least a minimum of 500 g within this much of a time if that’s not happening then I’m going to recommend you to consult your doctor for further assistance they’re going to help you with right milk that you can follow for the child
