shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello mum if the skin extremely dry then using lotions you should use heavy cream of any good brand on so you can apply mixture of coconut oil or almond oil and aloe vera on it you can even apply Vaseline petroleum jelly it works wonder on the dry skin
