this led to such type of skin eruptions / rash and usually they will come for 5 to 6 days and then go away gradually in next 5 to 6 days.
usually symptomatic treatment is given along with regular fluids in the diet as well as dcaily bath. it is very important to remaining contact with the doctor.
if there is discharge present from the blisters or the pustules then you can apply t-bact cream over it.
can give paracetamol for fever.
can apply calamine lotion if advised by doctor.

It could be a fungal infection so you can apply candidate be ointment regularly onto the affected area which is what is going to be quite beneficial currently you can apply at three times to 4 times in the day slowly please start subsiding and if required please consult your doctor as well
