Q.

my daughter is 20 months old...she hardly drinks 15 to 20 ml of water in a day...I have tried giving water in many form..but she hates liquid...what should I do...I m very worried for her water intake

A. Give fluids in food by making foods as runny as possible Keep trying. Babies rarely drink much to begin with and that’s fine; they’ll gradually drink more. If babies are not interested to drink plain water, fluids in the form of milk, juices, souos, any flavoured juice can be given to create the interest to drink fluids

A. give her juice or soup daily. while giving milk, add more water in it.

A. Hi Add some water so glucose to the water that is going to actually change the flavour maybe your child will have it done because 10 to 20 ML is very less your child should have at least 1 to 1 1/2 L of water on an every day basis a minimum of 1 L is good enough
