Q.

my daughter is 2 years old. Mostly she not eating solid foods. Daily 1 egg, tamilnadu government health mix and any 1 fruit juice she drinking. As of now is this okay. She is 9.75kg.

A. weight is not good n not bad.. it is in borderline. gi e protein rich food, Like- all pulses, eggs, all milk and milk products, banana, youghrt, beans, chickpeas, tofu, nuts.These foods are important for your child’s bone growth, muscle development
