Q.

My daughter is 2 years old and her weight is still 11.5 Kg. Please suggest me how can I increase her weight?

A. see not too low ok. you can feed egg, paneer soya, halwa, banana. a great variety if home made stuff guarantee weight gain plus health as well. that ensures appropriate milestone in time for babies. ok.

A. increase your baby calorie intake by giving bulk up mashed potato by putting milk or cheese in it put grated cheese on beans on toast make milk puddings make soups with milk instead of water etc

A. To help childgain weight, include fat and protein rich foods like potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, chicken, fish, egg, legumes, banana, milkshakes with dry fruits, avocado, paneer and 500-600 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks alongwith variety of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, coconut water and buttermilk.
