AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy8 hours agoA. Hi mom Give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between to ur kid. Give all that u cook for ur family. include ghee ,dry fruits, paneer,banana shake ,egg, rice, potato ,sweet potatoes ,avocado etc in the diet for weight gain
