A. constipation is common problem in children in which diet modification is important like including high fibres in the diet for which you can give seasonal fruits like papaya, watermelon and seasonal vegetables will also help , can give daliya or oatsmeal also .give more liquids. giving excess of milk may cause constipation too.also avoid banana which may aggravate .lactulose or polyethylene glycoil is of good help, give any medicine or suppository only when prescribed.

A. hi dear The culprit in many cases of toddler constipation is a diet that's too heavy in processed foods, dairy, and sweets, and too light in fiber (like whole grains, fruits, and vegetables). Not getting enough fluid can also lead to constipation, because it makes the stools harder.
