Q.

My baby is 2 years 3 months old. He has some constipation problem. I give Papaya and apple in fruits. please suggest what should I do?

A. yes you can give papaya and watermelon to the baby but banana will cause constipation it which is a very common problem you can give plenty of liquids and high fibre diet to relieve it

Q. hello doctor my baby has constipation as she doesn't poop for 2-3 days and when she poops it's hard. . I give her lactulose but what is the natural remedy for constipation. I have started giving her pureed fruits like papaya from 3 days, steamed Apple ( gave her twice then left die to constipation), and started giving her masked daal yesterdayl already but constipation still persists.
