hello doctor my baby has constipation as she doesn't poop for 2-3 days and when she poops it's hard. . I give her lactulose but what is the natural remedy for constipation. I have started giving her pureed fruits like papaya from 3 days, steamed Apple ( gave her twice then left die to constipation), and started giving her masked daal yesterdayl already but constipation still persists.

What you are giving is very good I would just like to tell you along with a try to increase the amount of water in take into your child’s daily diet and also you can go ahead with giving foods which are rich in fibre and vitamin C like watermelon and onWrite Your Answer Here
