my daughter is 2.5 yrs but only 10 kg and doesn't eat anything at all kindly suggest any supplement

A. Hai good morning !! For weight gain include protein, High calorie foods in diet. Milk and diary products- Ghee/butter/cheese in baby foods,curd , paneer . Dals - Chanadal, toordal, urad dal (idly, ladoo), moongdal. Dry fruits as dry fruits Barfi, ladoo,in cerelac, kheer, Soaked nuts. Rice ,roti with vegetables, leafy vegetables,curd. Jaggery, seasonal fruits and vegetables. Banana, potato, Beans,egg ,meat, soya and other milk and diary products,dals helps in increasing weight.
