Q.
My daughter is 1year and 3 months old and she is active enough and I'm breastfeeding her .At the end of the day I feel very exhausted and weak by taking care of her.What can I do?is there any need to take supplements inorder to cope with this tiredness?

Siri first you have to see that if you’re going through some deficiencies according to that you can start with supplement because if you are only breastfeeding the child and you’re feeling too much of weakness in that you do definitely some nutritional deficiency
