A. If your 19-month-old daughter passes stool more frequently after consuming protein-rich foods, it may indicate that her digestive system is still adjusting to certain foods like eggs, lentils, or dairy. Some proteins can be harder to digest for toddlers and might cause mild digestive changes. It's important to introduce new proteins gradually and observe how her body reacts. If the stools are not watery or foul-smelling and she is otherwise active and healthy, it may not be a major concern. However, if the problem persists or is accompanied by diarrhea, discomfort, or poor weight gain, consult a pediatrician to rule out food intolerance or other issues.
