Q.

my daughter is 19 months her birth weight is 2.9kgs but now she is 9kgs only and she is active but not gaining weight what I should do

A. Hello mom the child is active for his age and also eating well enough not to worry as that is most important.. so check his weight according to his birth weight which tends to triple by the age of one year and then yearly gain about 2 to 4 kgs

A. check with your doc and if advised,check for deficiency.. expose to sunlight and as said , give nutrition dense foods

A. The weight is between 3rd and 50th percentile. As per birth weight, 9.5 kg (approximately) is okay. Feed rice two times a day with normal food. Cut animal milk and avoid formula milk.

A. Hi add caloric dense foods like ghee almonds walnuts cashews dates banana chickoo peanuts til seeds coconut egg avocado banana potato to baby's recipes for Healthy weight gain avoid fried foods, bakery foods sugary foods
