My daughter is 18 months old; she keeps scratching her genital area, and the skin there is red. What should I do, and what could be the reason for this?

A. It could b due to dryness or some rash so please apply Boroline antiseptic cream and then u should check with your doc and proceed with further advice and accordingly the doc will b able to help u regaling the same
