my daughter is 14 months now... she doesn't want to have water at all? how do i make her drink water?

A. Adequate water intake is very important for a baby's good digestion. Children should learn how to drink water without any flavor or sweetner in it. If they are thirsty enough, they will drink it. Put the water in a cup rather than a bottle. Offer your baby water between meals when she’s not hungry and keen for food. Give fluids in food by making foods as runny as possible Keep trying. Babies rarely drink much to begin with and that’s fine; they’ll gradually drink more. If babies are not interested to drink plain water, fluids in the form of milk, juices, any flavoured juice can be given to create the interest to drink fluids.
