My daughter is 11 month old , she’s vomitting whenever & whatever she eats. And she’s going thru loose motion. Please help

A. after vomiting wait for one hour and then give syrup ondem 2.5 ml and then again wait for one hour and then give easily digestible food which will help in decreasing the vomiting
