Q.

my daughter is 10 months old n still cannot sit properly , she can sit straightwards but the moment she bent sidewards she falls, is it normal??

A. a baby will start Sitting with support by 6 months of age and by 7 to 8 months baby will sit without support than by 9 months usually baby crawls and in 10 months baby will stand with support. After 12 to 15 months baby will start Walking independently and sometimes it may take even fr ..longer but in no case any Walker should be avoided as it can cause recurrent fall injury and delay in the walking because the child lacks confidence of walking independently.

It is a major missing of the milestone you should have should definitely consult with the child specialist to know as to what further can you do because a child should learn to sit independently mostly by the age of 8 to 8 1/2 months if that’s not happening then it’s a serious matter of concernWrite Your Answer Here
