Q.

my daughter is 10 months old.....her feet and palms always be hot ....no fever but always her feet m pas tends to be hot ...y? n wt to do

A. It’s not a fever but hyper dynamic circulation

A. it is very normal for small children to have slightly warm/hot head palms and soles but if the growth of the child is propver no need to worry about the warm head palm and soles. v you have to consider it as fever only if the temperature in the armpit is 100f or more. the warm head palms and soles are due to hyperdynamic circulation in these areas which is normal.
