my daughter is 10 months old and she has cold and cough.... sound is coming when she breathes... we are giving Sinarest AF drops from yesterday ... pls suggest what we should give.. she has more sputum I think...

A. the baby is 10 months of age if the baby is having both cold and cough we can continue sinarest AF drops to the baby as well give ambrodil drops 1 ml 2 times a day and steam inhalation
