My daughter is 1 yr 1 week old , she is having fever since yesterday 102& above fr has suggested ibugesic syrup which I am giving after every 6 hrs but before 6 hrs only my daughters temprature starts rising I have to wait till 6 hrs to complete. I have done sponging as well. What else can be done? How many days the fever will take to come down?

A. Hello, your baby girl is 12 months old and she is having a fever upto 100.6 degrees then use syrup paracetamol 15 mgKg at every six/eight hours in the day
