Q.
my daughter is 1.7 years, while I am giving potty training she is not doing poop in potty seat. I tried 4-5 times in a day. only at night when I gave diaper then she pooped. I I avoid using diaper at that time, I am afraid of constipation and less interest in eating...please suggest will I continue using diaper or not?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. you can continue diaper but when the child is about to pass the stool you have to keep the child on the potty seat
Potty training and toilet training should be initiated as soon as the child completes one and half years of age. Avoid before that.
also good demonstration has to be given again and again to the child to reinforce the habit.
