Q.

My daughter is 1.7 months old earlier she had severe constipation after one year she never had potty without strain. (She still is on breastfeed ) Now I’m giving her lexopeg which doctor prescribed and she has started eating solid nicely and she feels pressure of potty but she cries and refuses to do potty It seems like she hold the potty when it tries to come … I gave her suppository so that she will feel urge and pressure to pass the stool but every time I can’t use that. What should I do please suggest

A. Constipation in Babies less than 6 months is very commonf and more in formula fed babies. you can give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose suggested by doctor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of FG age
