my daughter having runny nose from 5 days I have not given any medicine first 3 day it's little clear to yellow now it's green yellow but no other symptoms attending school active eating food properly no any other complaints. Is it normal cold getting better?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 days agoA. yes it is normal viral cold due to seasonal changes. give her steam inhalation a couple of times a day, feed luke warm turmeric milk daily you can also give sitopaladi powder with honey.
