Emset can be given to the child this is going to help in controlling vomiting issues for the child try to give good amount of water in liquid to maintain hydration in the body and the things are continuous like diarrhoea and vomiting than that could be due to indigestion or stomach infection medicine is for that can be suggested by the doctor
