good morning sir my 3 year kids morning had 2 episodes of vomiting &very large stool with smelly. can u suggest medicine pls

Entrogermina you can give a loose motions and emset you can give to your child for vomiting that is going to help but I would recommend you to consult your doctor because you don’t need to have an understanding about what the problem is actually what’s the reason behind accordingly they can guide you further with medicines to be used
