My daughter has excessively dry skin to the extent that i apply oil and lotion atleast 6-7 times a day… still no results Please advise

Nmfe vitamin E cream you apply as many times as you want to this is going to give you a good results but currently I would not advised to use any soap or another oil on the skin of the child because sometimes these things only make the skin dry if you would still want to use a soap I would recommend you to go ahead with using dove soap that is going to be a better choice
