Q.
My daughter has cold frm yesterday.I gave Jaldos syrup yesterday night and today morning. she is also having 99.9 fever now.Can i give paracip syrup

Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proxper dose . Alternahgtive medicine can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparations.
cold sponging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .
