my daughter has cold and cough whether I csn give dextromethorphan hydrobromide chlorpheniramine maleate & phenylephrine hydrochloride syrup ( RESPIDEX syrup) for cold and cough

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. no problem we can give the medicine as advised by your doctor dosage Cold and cough in the babies are because of viral infections which will take at least five to six days time to subside it is advisable to do steam inhalation frequently to liquefy the secretions as well put nasoclear saline drops in the nose of the baby
