My daughter has been diagnosed with William syndrome. If we think about having a second child, is there a chance that our next child will be like that? please tell..

Q. Hi mam, In my NT scan and double marker test the risk for down syndrome is too low. In my Anomaly scan the dr saw mild renal pelviectasis and ARSA condition and said that two soft markers are there so there can be a less chance for down syndrome but 90% the baby will be healthy. The doctor also said that the baby have a good nasal bone and nuchal fold. I am afraid if there is high chance for down syndrome. Can you say your opinion about this. How much chance is there for my baby to have down syndrome
