Q.

my daughter had her first dose of chicken vaccination when she was 15 month old, now she is 19 month old and doctor is asking to have 2nd dose now. In the list it was mentioned to have in 4-6 year.

A. it is advisable to go for the second dosage immediately after 3 months of first dosage and if it is not given now then only you can give till 4 to 6 years of age but before is preferable because it will prevent break through chickenpox

A. But chicken pox vaccination is only one I do not know why you are doctors advising you to go ahead with a second dosage if you are having a confusion about it kindly check it into the vaccination and growth tracker and take an advice with another doctor on that
