My daughter had fever for 3-4 days, so we got her dengue test done, which came back negative. And now she doesn’t have fever but has these red rashes/spots on her face, and her back. Is there something else we are missing?

A. is the child shopping from fever there could be many reasons it could be some other while also so it better to consult your doctor and get a proper examination done give proper diet
