my daughter 3yrs 5 old. she suffers from cold,cough,fever, every 15days..i made blood test, dengue test, typhoid test it's negative....

Then maybe your child is having some allergy or some another infection and which is why this could be happening that the blood test is gear for all these things does not mean that there is no problem they definitely some problem so you have to go ahead with a further assessment of your child
