my daughter had fallen back on her head from swing she cried intensely and after few minutes she fell asleep. what will I do? plz help me

A. it is important to keep the child for observation for at least 48 hours and if the child develops danger signs like severe headache or excessive crying or excessive vomiting or abnormal movements or lethargy or seizures then kindly meet your doctor immediately dfor examination. if none of above danger signs arxe present then you can follow wait and watch policy for pain you can give paracetamol which will help in also decreaxsing swelling on the head. also apply ice locally.
