While using mobile suddenly it has fell on my 7months old baby head on left side position . She cried for few minutes after that she stopped crying. Is it dangerous should I worry about her? I’m getting fear #expertdr

A. Any Fall injury specially head injury needs to be assessed properly . In any such case certain symptoms needs to be checked like loss of consciousness reccurrent vomiting or any abnormal moment or convulsions . Such case needs immediate medical intervention as there could be some internal injury . Otherwise application of ice locally to reduce the swelling and pain can be done along with some analgesic like paracetamol. Recugurrent fall injury for a child should be avoided as it can lead to some chronic manifestations occasionally . Also teeth injury should be rule out in any such case which is commonly associated adnd can be easily missed out most of the time .
