hello Doctor, 4 days back my son fell on head from the swing, he cried a lot for few min, after some time wanted coconut water which he had and slept .later after 3-4 Hrs he vomited . should I be concerned though he seems fine after that.

A. Yes I think it’s better to check with your doctor because vomiting suddenly like this is not considered after getting hurt so it would be advisable for you to have an assessment with your doctor to have better clarity on the situation
