my daughter got cough specially night cough easily. all time looks giving her nebulizer...anything to improve her immunity

It is not necessarily always because of immunity only a lot of kids have some kind of an allergy and which is why this problem get aggravated for them so you can get an allergy test done for your child and since your concern is immunity also I would recommend you to start with turmeric milk twice a day and also start with any multivitamin and iron supplement after consulting your doctor
