Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Cough and Cold should be treated only after a proper examination by a doctor as there may be some associated factor . As the first line of treatment you can give steam inhalation which would be helpful . Cough Sypf should g be given only after a proper evaltuation .

Avoid Giving anything fall to the child on regular basis if you want to avoid this issue I think that’s the best you can do as of now apart from that if any fruit or food that you are giving which is cold cold or something always try to give it on room temperature only and avoid giving banana for the time being
