Q.

My daughter fever is repeating in every 5 hour temperature also 103 ...Still how many days I can wait to fever go down..I m giving paracetamol syrup

A. You should repeat the dose of paracetamol after every four to five hours interval and keep the baby hydrated and usually if it is viral the fever will subside within 3 days but still talk you your Paediatrician tomorrow if the fever is high grade
