my daughter has 103 fever shivering and vomiting what to do the temperature is not coming down after rapid sponging

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is more than three years of age if baby is having high fever please give paracetamol syrup 250 mg 3.5 ml and put a damp cloth on the forehead of the baby you may consult doctor at the earliest

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there maam please do not worry about it too much and it is common in winter and fever is high so better to evaluate your baby once with your child doctor in person as medicine is given as per the baby weight and age. take care
