my baby girl had fever for 3 days of 102 to 103 but now her temperature is 99.1 whether my baby fever has come down or she has a fever ? should I give paracetamol to her now?

A. Which child is still having very mild fever is 99°F itself says it is fever so you can give medicine to the child till the time the temperature does not go below 99 and after three days also the temperature is less you check with the doctor
