May I know what can be the reason. Is it because hot weather, is it sweat?? Because she doesn’t have sweat anywhere else in her body. Please help!!!

My daughter completed 3 month. She is having very soggy feet(sole of it) and hands(palms) it’s like she has dipped her palms and sole of the feet in water. May I know what can be the reason. A. Hello kid being still small this requires a proper medical attention and it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better and also safe too
