My daughter age is 11 yr and weight 26 kg how to gain weight she is so thin some time she feel less pain in stomach can I give deworming tablet ?what is the dose value

well, deworming must be done undersupervision of pediatrician
so please don't try self medication
visit your pediatrician for this
give mint leaves with pinch of salt and pepper powder daily in morning so if child is having indigestion,it will help to cure
