Neelam sharmaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. this is normal at this age babies sometimes won't learn to speak , if she try to speak few small words then sje is trying her best do encourage your baby to repeat the words after you , you can play rhymes , animal sounds, stories, talk more to her etc will help
