Q.

Good morning mam, I have a son age 1year and 11 month old . he is active child but he don't speak any complete word.

A. you can wait till 3 years of ageage of the child to speak in complete sentences clearly and fluently if its not so then consult doc, keep interacting more dont worry if other milestones are normal . . .

A. Babies talk around 18 months. They will be able to say simple words, point to objects and call their name. Every child is different and there could be early and late speakers. So u need not worry. The only key is to keep communicating with ur baby regularly. Question him and urge him to answer. Talk to him about everything that u see around. Tell more stories. A continuous verbal conversation with ur baby will improve his vocabulary and encourage him to speak more. After 2uears of age, Limited screen time can also help to improve kid's vocabulary.
