Neelam sharmaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy4 months agoA. if you have not introduced anything till now then start with liquids like daal water , fresh home made juice etc and then gradually start giving semi solids like curd , mashed rice with daal , boiled veggies in mashed form etc
