My daughter 7yr has enlarge adenoid and allergic rhinitis she gets repeated cold cough she will be fine when we put spray no snoring mouth breathing but when we discontinue it again snoring happen. Now she is saying ear pain is ear infection once in year is common. Does it need surgery

Yes I think if you get the surgery done all these problems will be sorted to a great extent because you are saying that your child is having enlarged adenoids it actually hampers the growth of the child also surgery is going to give a much better release to the child
